PHILADOPTABLES is hosting (skin) Art for the Animals- two weekends of tattoos and fundraising for Philadelphia’s homeless animals! We have 6 fantastic shops and their amazing artists ready to serve you on the weekends of June 21 and June 28.

Choose your shop by location, by the art you like, or by the dates that work for you. Each shop has provided a sheet of ‘flash’ –… the designs have different price points and for each tattoo, a donation will be made to PHILADOPTABLES! Simply call the shop of your choice to set up an appointment on their chosen PHILADOPTABLES day listed in this album.

On Saturday, February 23rd, Philadoptables held our 2nd annual “Love Potions” fundraiser at Franklin’s East Falls. Once again, supporters of Philadelphia’s homeless animals came out in huge numbers to help raise funds and have a good time. The event raised close to $3,400,
which will allow us to continue to support shelter animals.

We want to give special thanks to those who donated to the event- whether it be their time or their talent. This year, we received some truly amazing donations- gift baskets full of everything you can imagine, handmade goods, sports memorabilia, gift certificates and more. The talent and dedication that exists among our ranks amazes and humbles us.

Thank you to Franklin’s for hosting us again!

We also need to give very special thanks to our good friend Melee “Second Chance Chains” who presented us with a check for $700 to help us towards our goal of saving more lives. And, our good friend Steve Morrison of The Preston and Steve Show on WMMR showed up to lend his support to Philadoptables once again and we are so very grateful to him and his wife Clare for their graciousness and interest in the work we do!

HAPPY FURSGIVING!

On Friday, November 16th, our good friend and volunteer, Natalie Warner hosted an amazing event for us! Volunteers and supporters of Philadoptables and Philly’s animal shelter came outto Mad River in Manayunk to eat, drink, win great raffle prizes and support our cause. It was a great night, fun was had by all and Natalie’s efforts raised $800 for Philadoptables! We thank you, Natalie, for helping us continue our work to keep Philly’s homeless animals happy while they are waiting for their forever homes!
