Our friends at Rags 2 Riches Rescue work with the local police department when strays are found. (the area has no animal control facility!). Bubba aka Stray Pup, has finished his stray hold but no owner stepped forward. The kind folks at Rags to Riches are going to find him a foster home so they can get to know him better.
