Philadoptables is thrilled to be at this year’s Philly Coffee Festival—and we need your help to make it a success!
The festival will take place on Saturday, October 25 and Sunday, October 26, 2025, at the historic 23rd Street Armory in Philadelphia (22 S 23rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19103). Each day will feature incredible local roasters, delicious coffee tastings, and an enthusiastic crowd of caffeine lovers—and Philadoptables will be right there in the action with our merchandise table.
By volunteering with us, you’ll not only help raise funds and awareness for Philly’s homeless animals, but you’ll also get to enjoy the festival with free entry as a thank-you for your time.
Volunteer Shifts
We’re looking for volunteers to cover the following sessions:
- Saturday, October 25 – Session 1: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Saturday, October 25 – Session 2: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
- Sunday, October 26 – Session 1: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Sunday, October 26 – Session 2: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM
