At HTRRH, every animal is cherished and they specialize in providing a loving haven for senior dogs, many with health issues or facing their final days at overcrowded shelters. PURR is an incredible non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless, neglected, and abused animals in the Philly area. Operated and funded entirely by volunteers, they focus on funding life-saving surgeries, TNR (Trap Neuter Return), and providing loving homes for cats in need.
