Annual Pet Food Drive 2024

For 16 years, Philadoptables has helped feed hungry cats and dogs in the Delaware Valley. Collected pet food is distributed to families in financial need as well as rescue groups, community cats feeders, and foster parents that save shelter animals.

We are accepting donations now through December 20, 2024 and YOU can help make this year a success! The need for pet food donations is larger than ever!

2025 Calendar Release Party

Join us and the models of our 11th annual Hunks for Hounds calendar for the BIG REVEAL! Sunday, September 29th, 4-6 p.m. at Shady Brook Farm patio, 931 Stony Hill Rd, Yardley, PA 19067

Meet the models, grab some calendars and merch, and help us help more animals in need. Pets welcome on the patio, food and drink available for purchase.

Love Animals, Coffee, and Volunteering?

If you love animals, coffee or volunteering this post is for you! We are looking for volunteers on Saturday or Sunday, October 19th or 20th to help out at the Philly Coffee Festival at the 23rd Street Armory.

Shifts are 4.5 hours each – 8:30am-1pm OR 1pm- 4:30pm- and you get FREE admission to the festival! You will be doing things like checking in folks, helping direct people, and either easy tasks. In return Philadoptables will be a given free booth where we can hang out, talk about pet adoption, and sell merchandise.

Yappy Hour: Museum of Illusions Philadelphia

In collaboration with Museum of Illusions Philadelphia, Philadoptables is thrilled to partner with MOI again for a unique fundraiser to support Philly’s most at-risk animals! Yappy Hour will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 5-7 p.m.,at the Museum, located at 401 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, promising an unforgettable evening of fun, treats, and exploring.

The Museum of Illusions Philadelphia has partnered with several local Philadelphia-based pet businesses to guarantee an exceptional evening for both visitors and their cherished canine companions. Throughout the event, dog-friendly vendors including, Heart+Paw, Pet Friendly Dog Bakery, Brixxy & Co. will be onsite to craft a delightful and memorable experience for dogs and their owners alike!

For just $25, visitors can buy tickets and choose their preferred time slot to visit via the museum’s website. Visitors are encouraged to bring their dogs (one dog per visitor/ticket) while ensuring they remain leashed throughout the duration of the event. There is no extra charge for bring your furry friend along. Moreover, half of all proceeds will benefit Philadoptables’ mission. 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Timeline:

  • 8:30 – 10:00 a.m. – Registration and Breakfast
  • 10:15 a.m. – Shotgun Start
  • 2:45 p.m. – Lunch

We are seeking businesses that would like to show their support for animal rescue by sponsoring our 2024 golf outing. There are sponsorship options for every budget from $100 for a tee box/hole sponsor to $5,000 to be our presenting title sponsor (and plenty of options in between). Many of the sponsorship options include spot(s) to golf in the outing!
